Systemair - Internal control

Internal control

Historically, internal control has been an important part of corporate governance in the Systemair Group, long before the new Code was introduced.

Systemair is characterized by a simple legal and operational structure, as well as by efficient and well-established governance and control systems. In every subsidiary that is also a profit centre in the Group, operational management is conducted under a Business Board, which may be said to serve as an operational supervisory board for the Company. This body consists of senior management personnel from the Parent Company, plus the CEO of the particular subsidiary. This forum establishes strategy and objectives, follows up operations in detail and decides on actions when such are required.

Every one of the subsidiaries reports monthly to the Parent Company, Systemair AB, where full Group consolidation is carried out. Controllers analyze any deviations in the reporting and maintain continuous dialogue with the CEO and CFO of each subsidiary.
